01 — Overview

The site is live. Now send it the buyers.

With the new website and imagery in place, the next step is making sure every person actively looking for a fireplace in your area lands on it. This proposal covers the one-off setup of the full warm-intent capture stack — Google Ads search, Google Shopping, Google Business Profile, Meta pixel & ads, and organic socials — all connected to Shopify so every sale and enquiry is tracked back to its source.

The goal is simple: anyone searching for fireplaces with intent to buy sees Heating Hub first, and every click is measurable back to revenue. Ongoing management, content and local print are covered in Section 5 and quoted separately once setup is live.

Timing works in your favour — we're in peak heating season, so warm-intent search volume is at its annual high. The sooner tracking and campaigns are live, the more of that demand we capture.

We ran keyword and search-results research for the NZ fireplace market before pricing this:

Local search results right now are dominated by the big-box chains — Mitre 10, Bunnings and Trade Tested own the Google Shopping results. No local specialist fireplace retailer is capturing this traffic well. That's the gap this setup is built to fill.

03 — Setup Scope

Seven pieces, one fixed price

Everything below is included in the fixed setup price of $2,250 + GST (roughly 16 hours of work). Anything outside this scope is billed at $140 + GST/hr, always agreed with you first.

1 · Tracking and Shopify Foundation

3.5 hrs · $490

The measurement layer everything else depends on — done first so every channel reports real sales, not just clicks.

  • Google Analytics 4 configured and connected to Shopify (purchases, add-to-carts, enquiries)
  • Google Ads conversion tracking + Enhanced Conversions via the Shopify integration
  • Meta Pixel + Conversions API installed through the Shopify Facebook & Instagram channel
  • Google & Meta channel apps installed and authenticated in Shopify admin
  • Phone call and enquiry tracking configured (most $3k+ purchases close on a call, so calls count as conversions)
  • Test purchases/enquiries verified end-to-end across all platforms
You get: every sale and enquiry tracked and attributed in Google and Meta, syncing automatically from Shopify — no manual upkeep.

2 · Website SEO Review

1.5 hrs · $210

A pass over the new site so Google ranks it as well as it deserves.

  • Per-page titles and meta descriptions written for every core page
  • Favicon, image alt text and other on-page basics set
  • Shopify SEO settings reviewed; sitemap submitted via Google Search Console
  • Quick-wins list for the site (e.g. surfacing the Yunca sale price on product pages, shipping display)
You get: the site technically tidy for ranking, indexed in Search Console, plus a prioritised quick-wins list.

3 · Google Ads Search Campaigns

4 hrs · $560

Capturing people actively searching for fireplaces, installation, and the brands you stock — Yunca and Woodsman searches included.

  • Keyword research: fireplace, wood burner, log burner + "near me" terms, with Yunca brand and model terms (Monte, Oscar) prioritised: higher margin, no competing Shopping listings
  • Campaign build with ad groups split by product category and intent
  • Ad copy for each ad group — responsive search ads, sitelinks, callouts, call extension
  • Location targeting to your service area; negative keyword list to cut wasted spend

  • Product data tidy-up for feed approval (titles, categories, identifiers)
  • Free listings enabled + Shopping campaign linked to Google Ads

5 · Google Business Profile

The free channel that puts you in the local map results — often the highest-converting click of all.

  • Optimise the profile you've already created: categories, services, hours, service area completed in full
  • Photo set uploaded (showroom, products, installs) using the new site imagery
  • Products & services sections populated with links to the website
  • Review link generated + a simple process for asking happy customers for reviews
  • Cross-linked with the Central Otago Fire Installs profile

6 · Meta Ads with Pixel Audiences

Low-spend, always-on campaigns that retarget site visitors and find new people who look like your buyers.
